Our Story

It all started with a painful sunburn. After using a high street tanning oil that left me more red than tanned, I knew I needed something better. But when I looked for a natural alternative, I found nothing that truly worked.

At the time, my best friend and I were already selling chaga mushroom drinks, tinctures, and more—harnessing the incredible benefits of this powerhouse ingredient. Known for its high melanin content and natural UV protection, chaga inspired an idea: why not combine it with a few simple, natural ingredients to create a tanning oil that could protect and nourish the skin?

We got to work, mixing up a batch in the kitchen. When my friends and I tried it, we were blown away by the results beautiful, even tans without the burn. Word spread quickly, and soon, we were making bottles late into the night to keep up with the demand from friends and their friends.

Tragically, my best friend passed away at just 29, but I’ve continued to run the business, fueled by our shared passion and commitment to chaga lol. What started as a simple solution to a common problem has grown into something much bigger.
