**Shipping Terms and Conditions**
We aim to dispatch your order within **two (2) working days** of the order being placed. Please note that busy periods, such as sales or public holidays, may affect this timeframe.
**Delivery Method**:
- Deliveries are sent using **Next Day Delivery via DPD/Evri** and require a signature upon delivery.
- This does not mean orders placed on Sunday will arrive on Monday; processing time of 1-3 days applies to all orders, even if Next Day Delivery is selected.
**If You’re Not Home**:
- If you are not at home during delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect the item from a local sorting office or to re-arrange the delivery.
**Holiday Impact**:
- Delivery times may be affected by Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
**Special Instructions**:
- If you require any specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section when checking out.
**Tracking and Responsibility**:
- You will receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is shipped. It is essential to track and monitor your package.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, you are responsible for resolving the issue with the courier. We recommend contacting the courier company directly to address any discrepancies.
**International Orders**:
- For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. The customer is responsible for covering these charges.
